Notes:
1. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation (you'll have 7 days to proceed with payment)
2. The remaining balance of 50% is due 60 days before arrival.
3. Security deposit of € 2,000 to be paid prior to arrival. Refunded 7 days after departure (if no damages reported).
4. Minimum stay 5 nights (contact us if you require otherwise).
